So to start this blog I thought I would explain a little bit about myself and why I am doing this. I love to cook almost anything. I start with a recipe usually then make it my own. The reason being, I HATE vegetables, almost all of them, and I know this makes me insanely unhealthy but I am working on it. I needed a place to compile my recipes. The ones I end up creating because I don't like this or that in other recipes. Lucky for me I have an amazing boyfriend who also hates vegetables as much as i do! So he usual LOVES what I cook.
So if you are looking for a get healthy meal plan kinda blog, you are in the WRONG place. This is going to be a blog full of good (a lot of times southern) comfort food. Recipes that I have made mine. By the way just a heads up I very rarely actually measure anything so if that bothers you DON'T READ any further! I hope you all enjoy and I look forward to comments and suggestions!
